We are thrilled to announce the publication of a new book chapter by Dr. Lisa DeLeonardis, Austen-Stokes Professor in Art of the Ancient Americas. The chapter, titled “From the Inside Looking Out: Paracas Perspectives on Chavin,” is featured in the recently released book Reconsidering the Chavin Phenomenon in the Twenty-First Century, and it promises to make a significant contribution to the field.

The book was edited by Richard L. Burger and Jason Nesbitt (Washington, DC: Dumbarton Oaks Trustees for Harvard University, 2023).
