History of Art PhD Candidate Rachel Young‘s article “Andrea Andreani’s Abduction of the Sabine Women after Giambologna” was published in the December 2024 issue of Print Quarterly. Drawn from dissertation research, the article presents two new states of this monumental chiaroscuro woodcut, yielding new insight into Andreani’s complex technical process and the unusual dedication history of the print.
